Virtual Items and Payments Policy

This Virtual Items and Payments Policy explains how No You! may handle virtual credits, digital items, premium features, subscriptions, and other paid content if and when those features are introduced.

1. Scope

We may offer paid digital products or services within the Service in the future. This policy is written in advance for transparency and preparedness. References to paid content do not guarantee that any paid feature is currently active.

2. Virtual Items

Virtual credits, cosmetics, boosts, premium access, subscriptions, season passes, or similar items made available through the Service are digital license rights for use within the Service. They are licensed, not sold. Except where required by law, they:

- have no cash value;
- cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, transferred, or withdrawn for money, goods, or any other item of monetary value;
- are not real money; and
- do not create personal property rights in the items themselves.

3. Pricing and Billing

If paid features are offered, pricing, taxes, billing intervals, supported payment methods, and any renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. For subscriptions, users should be able to review the material terms before agreeing.

4. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the point of purchase:

- completed purchases of digital items are final;
- used, consumed, spent, or redeemed virtual items are not refundable; and
- we may review billing issues, technical delivery failures, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

If a purchase is subject to chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity, we may suspend the relevant account, revoke associated digital items, or limit access to paid features while the matter is reviewed.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, replace, remove, reprice, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items or paid features at any time, subject to applicable law. Game balance, promotions, regional limitations, platform rules, tax obligations, fraud concerns, and operational changes may affect availability.
